"Vi havde i går vores første sparringsmøde med Poul Knudsgaard, der selv har meldt sig som mentor for gruppen. Vi havde for en måneds tid siden en fælles brainstorm for at blive klogere på, hvordan vi kan skrue et mentorforløb sammen. Vi har i Talent 9220 et ønske om at få sparring på karriere og valg af retninger i ens karriere, hvilket Poul med sine mange år i erhvervslivet kan bidrage med at belyse.
Poul havde til første sparring forberedt sine perspektiver på ledelse samt de udfordringer og erfaringer, han har med mange års lederskab. Der blev i løbet af de to timers sparring drøftet mange perspektiver og pointer - og det mundede ud i et ønske om, at høre mere om Pouls forskellige valg og drivkræfter i hans karriere. Der er derfor allerede aftalt, at vi i begyndelsen af det nye år skal høre mere om de valg og erfaringer, der har tegnet Pouls karriere."
